About the Author

Andrew A. Pansini was born in San Francisco, grew up in Marin County, California, and has lived in Novato, California for the past 50 years. Mr. Pansini received a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Francisco in economics. He has been married to his wife, Pam, for 50 years with two children and five grandchildren.

Mr. Pansini’s grandfather founded the first parking company in the world in 1917, Savoy Corporation. His father invented the world’s first automatic swimming pool cleaner in 1957 and founded Jandy Industries. Andrew started to work for the family business at a very young age and continued throughout his entire career.

Mr. Pansini has been an active volunteer of multiple not-for-profit organizations for over thirty years including Chairman of Sutter Health, and for over twenty years he was a coach, board member, and president of Novato Little League. He is a past board member of Sutter Health, a 10-billion-dollar healthcare system. Currently, he serves on the board of Sutter Care at Home.

Mr. Pansini authored “Fathers of Invention” in 2017 and “Family of Invention” in 2020, both American stories of Family, Faith and Innovation. He authored “Coaching for Life” in 2020, an inspiring look at how everyone has the opportunity to inform, engage and inspire others. In 2024 he authored “Beyond the Diamond” an insightful game plan for Little League coaches focused on creating meaningful experiences for their players and families.
